Medraki Chart Review

Chart review involves submitting patient encounters for structured evaluation grounded in competency-based domains and national practice guidelines. AI-generated feedback is produced for each submitted encounter and reviewed by a qualified clinician reviewer, who edits or refines the feedback as needed to ensure clinical accuracy, educational quality, and alignment with current guidelines. Participants receive this validated feedback and may complete a brief reflective component to reinforce knowledge integration and self-assessment. Cases must be reviewed by a qualified clinician reviewer to be eligible for CME.

Learning Objectives

• Identify practice-based knowledge gaps from patient encounters and submit cases for chart review.
• Evaluate validated AI-generated feedback that has undergone review by a qualified clinical expert who edits or refines the feedback for clinical accuracy, educational quality, and alignment with current guidelines.

Accreditation and Designation Statements
